Note(s) to self:
For the near future, or until weather patterns change:
1a. Beginning around the hour of 6:30 PM or 7:00 PM, sleeping in the car is an acceptable experience. Good time to catch up on some missed sleep and/or rest. 1b. From the hours of 4:00 PM to the aforementioned 6:30 or 7:00 PM, sleeping in the car (or trying to) is a miserable time during which the sun (and subsequent heat) beats unrelentingly...
I used to be good with names and faces, With people and places. I used to be good in school, good at learning, But now I’m forgetful, Is this what I’ve been yearning? To forget? To move on, or at the very least try? Recently, life’s been such a blur, I find I just lie- In bed; to my parents; to my friends; to me, myself, and I, “Yeah, I’m okay;” “No,...
I'm really sorry, mom.
The final Tran has fallen.

I wish my life played out like a TV show or movie, complete with the witty banter and quick humor. And episodic happy endings (or just happy ending in general in the case of a movie). That’d be cool cool cool.
Phoenix
Closing yesterday, opening today, working tomorrow and Tuesday… Almost feels like a real job instead of the couple of shifts a week that it’s been since I started. (Yeah, maybe it because I’m covering a bunch of people’s shifts, but thats besides the point…) Anyways, just started watching this show Suits, and I highly recommend it. If anyone ever gets around to it,...
I really like my work. Probably one of the few (if not only) places I’d be able to just roll out of bed (or wake up in my car on the side of the road apparently) and just head on in to work. No preparation necessary. And the people are cool. Today I might have let it slip to my boss that I was hungover/recovering from last night. We’ll see how this goes.
Next point, I don’t know...
Friendshits.
I realized that I don’t know how to make friends. Or keep friends. Or anything to do with the subject.
That, and I’m a terrible friend. I’m sorry, readers.
I’m just so tired.
Holy crap.
My new favorite puzzle game: piecing together the events of the previous night after black out.
Three days in a row and about 4 hours of sleep over the same period set the stage for a proper send off for Kuni. I will see you soon, Kunihiro.
Pieces of the puzzle I’ve collected include punching a tree (because that’s smart), hopping a fence and stripping down to get into a...
Tran Style.
Day drinking: A wee bit on the irresponsible side. (Although to be fair, parents are just now texting me for tutoring in an hour. Not much I could have done to foresee that.) Let’s see how this plays out. Ikuze!
Okay, just real quick...
Kindred Spirits: Black and Yellow Edition. Yeah, uh huh, you know what it is.
People need to be more appreciative of nature. (I say, sitting in a dark room and typing on a computer…)
But anyhow, fun fun trip. More more more.

Goodbye, cruel world!
I’ll see you in a few days.
Lots of little posts today.
Listening to At the Drive-In really makes me wish I had that kind of passion for life.
I miss you, grandma.
151 + Dack Janiels + tequila shots + beer pong + hotbox = night full of good memories that nobody can remember. Blackout achieved.
Conversation with a Devil postscript.
Maybe I’m just deluded. Maybe Dan and my dad are on to something.
Maybe not. Maybe they’re just assholes.
I don’t know.

[NP: Andre Nickatina - Train With No Love]
Dad enlisted me in moving his shit today. To his credit though, he broke the silence in the car ride there by trying some small talk. If he puts forth the effort, I’m willing to play ball.
It ended up with him telling me that in the larger scheme of things I’m just a grain of sand, just like everyone else (in the interest of full disclosure...
